You will coordinate daily transport operations, schedule deliveries, and communicate with drivers and customers to resolve issues, ensuring projects finish on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport, logistics, or dispatch.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Competent using MYOB and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch activities, ensuring orders are scheduled and delivered on time.
• Allocate loads to drivers and external providers, maximizing fleet utilisation.
• Plan efficient routes, considering site access, windows, and customer requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with drivers, warehouse, sales, and customers.
• Monitor deliveries and manage delays, escalations, and issues.
