Job summary

National Poly, a leading Australian manufacturer of premium polyethylene water tanks, is seeking an organised Logistics Coordinator to join our friendly Operations Team in Bundaberg. This full-time role focuses on coordinating orders, scheduling deliveries and supporting production planning, with training provided.

You'll liaise with customers, transport providers and internal teams, maintain delivery records and help manage capacity.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, customer service or office coordination.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer deliveries and schedule transport.
• Keep customers informed about delivery timeframes.
• Assist production planning and scheduling.
• Liaise with customers, transport providers and internal teams.
• Maintain delivery schedules and administration records.
• Monitor workloads and help manage capacity.
