Job summary

Clark Tanks, part of the Kingspan Group, is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead its polymer rainwater tank production facility in Dalby, Queensland. You will oversee production, maintenance, quality, safety and continuous improvement to ensure efficient manufacture of high-quality tanks.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will guide supervisors and front-line teams, drive Lean initiatives, optimise capacity, and collaborate with Supply Chain and Sales to meet customer demand in a

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing, polymer processing, rotational moulding or related industries.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of production planning, maintenance and operational performance.
• Experience leading safety initiatives and fostering a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet production, quality and delivery targets.
• Manage rotational moulding, assembly, finishing, storage and dispatch activities.
• Optimize labour, equipment utilization and plant capacity.
• Monitor production performance, efficiency, downtime and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Sales to meet customer demand.
• Lead, coach and develop a diverse manufacturing workforce.
• Champion a strong safety-first culture across the factory.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence initiatives.
