Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in logistics, transport coordination or scheduling.
• Certificate or tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience coordinating deliveries within manufacturing, industrial or transport environments.
• Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate bulk polymer tank deliveries to customer sites across Australia.
• Manage daily transport requirements and optimize delivery routes and vehicle utilisation.

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Dalby, QLD.

The Role

As our Logistics Coordinator, you’ll be central point ofcontact for delivery planning and execution, ensuring customer requirements aremet while balancing production and transport capacity for bulk tank deliveriesof polymer products to customers across Australia.

Below are the key responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate bulk polymer tankdeliveries to customer sites across Australia
• Manage daily transport requirements and optimisedelivery routes and vehicle utilisation
• Balance customer delivery requirements withproduction schedules and transport availability
• Allocate Drivers to loads and complete Permitsfor electricity authorities by planning routes efficiently as required.
• Coordinate delivery priorities in line withcustomer demands and operational requirements
• Monitor delivery progress and proactivelyaddress delays or disruptions
• Work closely with transport and warehouse teamsto schedule dispatches, optimise delivery routes and ensure tanks are shippedsafely and on time.

• Identify opportunities to improve logisticsprocesses, efficiencies, and customer outcomes.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed safely,accurately, and in accordance with company procedures.

To be successful, you will have:

• 2+years experience in logistics, transport coordination, scheduling, orsupply chain operations
• Certificateor tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business,or a related discipline
• Experiencecoordinating deliveries within a manufacturing, industrial, or transportenvironment.
• Strongplanning, scheduling, and organisational skills.
• Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Abilityto manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experienceusing ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
