Job summary

Kingspan Water & Energy Pty Limited is seeking an experienced Installations Coordinator to join the Yatala team, Queensland. You will schedule tank installations, update installers, invoice completed work, and coordinate with plumbers and supervisors to achieve timely and compliant outcomes.

Reporting to the Installations Manager, you will also support logistics, planning, and the compliance management system while promoting workplace safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and communication.
• Effective time management with the ability to prioritise.
• Ability to adapt and continuously improve.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Schedule daily tank installations to meet planned timelines.
• Reschedule installations as required.
• Update installer schedules with current status.
• Invoice previous day installations after completion.
• Liaise with plumbers and supervisors to ensure outcomes.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Planning after delivery.
• Support the compliance management system and promote it.
• Develop employee awareness of product compliance.
• Participate in corrective actions from concerns or audits.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our highly driven team in Yatala

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Installations Coordinator to join our team based at Yatala, QLD.

Reporting to the Installations Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Scheduling tank installations on a day-to-day basis to meet a planned scheduled
• Rescheduling of installations when required
• Updating installer schedules with current status e.g. completed or deferred
• Invoicing the previous days installations upon confirmation of completed install
• Liaising with plumbers and supervisors to achieve desired outcomes for installations
• Coordinating with the Logistics and Planning departments about installations after delivery
• Cooperating with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same
• Developing employee awareness of product compliance obligations
• Actively participating in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.
