Job summary

DUTT in Willawong, Brisbane is seeking a hands-on Logistics Coordinator to join our projects team. You will drive efficient operations across transport, logistics and shopfitting materials, coordinating bookings, deliveries and warehousing.

You will lead warehousing staffing, mentor admin staff, manage billing records and provide excellent customer service, with opportunities to grow within a nationally active team and modern offices with onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination and transport bookings.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Background in warehousing, stocktakes, and pick & pack operations.
• Leadership experience supervising warehouse and admin teams.
• Accurate billing, invoicing, and record-keeping abilities.
