Job summary

UMS Australasia is seeking a hands-on Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day flow of goods at our Castle Hill warehouse. You will coordinate pick, pack, receive, and dispatch, while keeping records accurate and current.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, liaising with logistics partners for air and sea freight, and providing sales and customer updates. A practical, organised individual with experience in warehousing will fit well in our growing team.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, dispatch or logistics experience, or related field.
• Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items safely.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort using accounting or inventory software.
• Experience with air or sea freight is highly regarded.
• A current driver’s licence is preferred.

Job description
