Job summary

Multicultural Consulting Services Pty is seeking a logistics co-ordinator to manage delivery bookings, loading/unloading, and crane requirements on a Sydney infrastructure site. You will reconcile deliveries with PO schedules and maintain accurate inventory records, audits and quality controls.

The role requires five+ years in construction logistics, a tertiary qualification in logistics or supply chain management, a White Card and a current driver's licence, plus strong problem-solving and

• White Card and a current driver licence.
• Practical knowledge of construction project delivery.
• Strong record-keeping, organisation and problem solving under pressure.
• Team-oriented and able to communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan delivery bookings, unloading, loading-dock and crane requirements with suppliers and site teams.
• Reconcile delivery dockets with purchase orders and construction schedules.
• Maintain inventory, location and movement records and conduct stocktakes and material audits.
• Isolate damaged or non-conforming materials and coordinate returns, replacements and credits.
• Prepare daily, weekly and pre-start logistics reports and maintain quality registers.
• Work with subcontractors and transport providers to resolve delivery constraints.

The Opportunity

Coordinate the movement, storage and distribution of materials and equipment on a Sydney infrastructure site. You will organise deliveries around construction milestones and maintain reliable records, traceability and quality controls.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan delivery bookings, unloading, loading-dock and crane requirements with suppliers and site teams.
• Reconcile delivery dockets with purchase orders and construction schedules.
