Gamuda Australia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator & Site Administrator to join our Westmead Station project team.

This is a hands‑on site-based role responsible for coordinating deliveries, materials, plant, cranage, waste and site access, while also providing administration support to the project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site logistics and delivery bookings through Veyor.
• Manage deliveries, material transfers, inventory and stock records.
• Coordinate plant, heavy vehicles, traffic and site access requirements.
• Apply day‑to‑day Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.
• Maintain delivery, waste, inventory and project records.
• Support site onboarding, inductions, PPE, procurement and general administration.
• Prepare basic logistics reports and coordinate site meetings.

About You

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive and confident working in a fast‑paced construction environment.

You will ideally have:

• 2+ years' experience in logistics, supply chain, site administration or construction.
• Experience coordinating deliveries, materials or site logistics.
• Good Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills.
• Strong attention to detail and record‑keeping skills.
• The ability to communicate confidently with suppliers, subcontractors and site teams.
• A current White Card and driver's licence.
• Forklift licence and CoR/HVNL experience are desirable.

Training will be provided on project systems including Veyor and 3DS.
