Job summary

Gamuda Australia is seeking a Logistics Coordinator & Site Administrator to join the Westmead Station project team. This hands‑on site‑based role responsible for coordinating deliveries, materials, plant, cranage, waste and site access, while also providing administration support to the project team.

This role requires organisation, proactivity and the ability to work in a fast‑paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, site administration or construction.
• Experience coordinating deliveries, materials or site logistics.
• Good Microsoft Office skills and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site logistics and delivery bookings through Veyor.
• Manage deliveries, material transfers, inventory and stock records.
• Coordinate plant, heavy vehicles, traffic and site access.
• Maintain delivery, waste, inventory and project records.
• Support site onboarding, inductions, PPE, procurement and admin.
