Your duties include performance analysis, automated reporting, SKU data analysis, and regular stakeholder presentations. The role emphasizes improvement of efficiencies for customers and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 3PL environment and warehouse knowledge.
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• 2+ years in business or process analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently.

As a Logistics Analyst at DHL, you will utilise your analytical skills to resolve daily logistical challenges to ensure our customer warehouse operations run smoothly. You will have the autonomy to make decisions and be given the opportunity to develop professionally. Your duties will include:

You have the following qualities & qualifications:

• Experience within a 3PL environment and good warehouse knowledge
• Advanced MS Office; specifically MS Excel, Powerpoint and MS and Access
• 2+ years' experience in business analysis or process analysis
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Superior analytical & problem solving skills
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently
