Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking a Supervisor to lead warehouse operations in a fast-paced 3PL environment. You will oversee day-to-day activities, drive efficiency, and ensure safety and quality in all processes.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience working in a 3PL warehouse with sound warehousing principles
• Previous experience working across automated warehouses (desirable)
• Proven performance management and adaptable leadership experience
• Highly experienced in building and maintaining customer relationships
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of a WMS System - ideally Manhattan
• Confident and able to engage, motivate and lead people to achieve individual and team goals
• High level planning and organisational skills to ensure operational excellence
