DHL Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our Ravenhall site in Victoria. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and delivering high-value service to customers while managing costs and productivity.

• Superior knowledge and proven experience of warehouse operations within a 3PL environment.

• Manage and control operations for the customer, ensuring a safe working environment coupled with cost effective operational activities
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customer and stakeholders, both internal and external
• Maintain location and inventory accuracy and increase productivity streams
• Ensure customer's annual business plan including revenue, profit and service levels are met, and correct action is taken to rectify

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Superior knowledge and proven experience of warehouse operations within a 3PL environment
• Experience in leading and managing a team across daily operations, development, and succession planning
• Exceptional end to end knowledge of supply chain operations, with a background in labour planning, cost management and improvement opportunities
• Excellent people management skills with the ability to influence across a broad spectrum of internal andexternal stakeholders
• Outstanding customer relationship attributes and a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
• Highly developed conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Experience withWMS systems- ideally Manhattan
