DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking a Planning Analyst in Ravenhall, Victoria. You will navigate daily logistical challenges in a fast-paced warehouse, using your strong analytical skills to drive efficiency and automation gains.

This role offers autonomy, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and opportunities to leverage Autostore technology and advanced reporting to improve customer outcomes. A passion for data-driven improvement is essential.

Competenze

• Advanced MS Excel and MS Access skills.
• Experience in automated warehouse environments, preferably with Autostore.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience in a 3PL warehousing setting.
• Strong operational reasoning and innovative thinking.
• Ability to stay resilient under pressure.

As the Planning Analyst at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grow professionally. • Analyse and reporting of workflows– develop automated reporting formats


• Labor Planning and Waiving


• Detailed data analysis on SKU behavior to optimize productivity in an automated picking system

About you:

• Advanced MS Office; specifically MS Excel and MS and Access


• Experience to Automated warehouse environment preference with an Autostore system.


• Experience of Automation problem-solving ability and the ability to logically work through and find the source of errors.


• Advanced analytical & problem solving skills


• Experience within a 3PL environment and good warehouse knowledge


• Analytical and operational reasoning with the ability to generate and support innovation


• Personal resilience. Able to sustain a high level of energy and positivity during pressure
