Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking a Planning Analyst to optimize warehousing operations at our Ravenhall facility. In a fast-paced, automated environment you will analyze workflows, produce automated reports and support continuous improvement across the supply chain.

You will leverage strong MS Office skills, experience with Autostore and 3PL logistics to drive efficiency, plan labor, and provide insights to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel and Access.
• Experience in automated warehouse environments with Autostore.
• Automation problem-solving skills to identify error sources.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a 3PL environment with warehouse knowledge.
• Analytical and operational reasoning to drive innovation.
• Resilience to perform under pressure.

As the Planning Analyst at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. • Analyse and reporting of workflows- develop automated reporting formats
• Labor Planning and Waiving
• Detailed data analysis on SKU behavior to optimize productivity in an automated picking system
• Proactive Qualitative analysis and business Insight
• Numerical analysis of raw data into accurate reports
• Reviewing reports from the Autostore Synq system to suggest Continuous improvement opportunities.
• Analytical problem solving and system planning; identifying opportunities for improvement
• Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders
• Plan and assist in ensuring customers efficiencies are improved and maximised

About you:

• Advanced MS Office; specifically MS Excel and MS and Access
• Experience to Automated warehouse environment preference with an Autostore system.
• Experience of Automation problem-solving ability and the ability to logically work through and find the source of errors.
• Advanced analytical & problem solving skills
• Experience within a 3PL environment and good warehouse knowledge
• Analytical and operational reasoning with the ability to generate and support innovation
• Personal resilience. Able to sustain a high level of energy and positivity during pressure
