Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Australia is seeking a Logistics Analyst to apply data analytics to resolve daily logistical challenges and support warehouse operations. You will report insights, manage SAP/Oracle cloud components related to iStore and Oracle Service Cloud, and prepare automated performance reports.

Key requirements include 2+ years in business or process analysis, strong MS Office skills, and experience with Warehouse Management Systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in a 3PL environment enhances operational insights.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities essential.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

As aLogistics Analyst at DHL, you will utilise your analytical skills to resolve daily logistical challenges to ensure our customer warehouse operations run smoothly. You will have the autonomy to make decisions and be given the opportunity to develop professionally. Your duties will include:

You have the following qualities & qualifications:

• Experience within a 3PL environment and good warehouse knowledge
• Advanced MS Office; specifically MS Excel, Powerpoint and MS and Access
• 2+ years' experience in business analysis or process analysis
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Superioranalytical & problem solving skills
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently
