Job summary

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Experience working with large datasets and translating data into operational decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Support capacity planning and resource allocation across the operation.
• Provide actionable insights to Operations leaders through data analysis and reporting.
• Investigate operational performance issues and recommend solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and service outcomes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure workforce requirements are effectively managed.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Planning Analyst to support our PM Shift operation. This role plays a critical part in ensuring labour resources, warehouse capacity and operational planning activities are aligned with customer demand.

This is not a traditional reporting analyst role. We are looking for someone with proven experience in labour planning within a warehouse, distribution centre, logistics or 3PL environment.

Hours for this role are 1:30pm - 10:0 0pm, Monday to Friday.

Working closely with Operations leaders, you'll use data and forecasting to optimise workforce requirements, improve productivity and support operational decision-making.
