Job summary

DHL Supply Chain Australia is hiring a Planning Analyst for our new Ravenhall facility. In this fast-paced role you’ll tackle daily logistics challenges, have autonomy to make decisions, and use data and technology to drive superior warehouse performance.

You'll analyse workflows, develop automated reporting formats, and perform labour planning with an emphasis on continuous improvement. Daily interaction with stakeholders will help maximise customer efficiencies and productivity in an automated

Qualifications

• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Access.
• Experience with automated warehouse environments and Autostore preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities essential.
• Experience in a 3PL warehouse setting advantageous.
• Ability to stay resilient under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Detailed data analysis on SKU behavior to optimize productivity in an automated picking system.
• Proactive qualitative analysis and business insight.
• Numerical analysis of raw data into accurate reports.
• Review Autostore Synq reports for continuous improvement opportunities.
• Analytical problem solving and system planning; identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and assist in ensuring customer efficiencies are improved and maximised.

• Analyse and reporting of workflows– develop automated reporting formats

About you:

• Advanced MS Office; specifically MS Excel and MS and Access


• Experience to Automated warehouse environment preference with an Autostore system.


• Experience of Automation problem-solving ability and the ability to logically work through and find the source of errors.


• Advanced analytical & problem solving skills


• Experience within a 3PL environment and good warehouse knowledge


• Analytical and operational reasoning with the ability to generate and support innovation


• Personal resilience. Able to sustain a high level of energy and positivity during pressure
