Visy Global Logistics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Bendigo, VIC to support our Bulk Transport operations. You will coordinate freight movements, liaise with customers and carriers, and manage invoicing and reporting while ensuring compliance and accurate data.

Qualifications

• Experience in a transport, logistics or fleet coordination role.
• Understanding invoicing, reconciliations and administrative processes.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• High level of computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound communication skills and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support transport operations and coordinate freight movements.
• Liaise with customers and carriers regarding delivery requirements and service updates.
• Manage customer invoicing and vendor invoice reconciliation.
• Prepare operational, financial and KPI reporting.
• Support compliance activities including Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and fatigue management requirements.
• Maintain accurate data and system records.
• Work collaboratively with transport, safety, finance and procurement teams.
• Assist with operational improvement initiatives and business projects.
