Team Poly is seeking a motivated Fit Out Technician to join our Australian manufacturing operation. You will build, fit and finish high-quality products, reading drawings and handling tanks with pipework, fittings and pumps.

You will use hand and power tools and maintain a clean, safe work area while contributing to continuous improvement. Team Poly offers on‑the‑job training, overtime opportunities and a supportive team environment as part of a growing Australian manufacturer.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in manufacturing, assembly, mechanical fitting, plumbing or a similar hands‑on trade is highly regarded.
• Ability to use hand and power tools confidently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual and safety focused.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
