Salexo Consulting is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in Sydney to act as the engine room between BDMs, warehouse, and customers. You will manage sales orders, invoices, quotes, and provide exceptional support to partners while ensuring accurate documentation.

Ideal candidates have experience in sales support or project-centric roles, proficiency with Pronto ERP, and strong Excel/Power BI skills. This on-site role offers a base salary and yearly bonus, with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales support or project-centric role.
• Proficiency with Pronto or similar ERP systems.
• Strong MS Excel skills; Power BI for reporting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors.
• Coordinate the lifecycle of sales orders, invoices and quotes.
• Provide dedicated support to internal sales teams and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and manage project timelines.
• Maintain price books and project documentation for accuracy.
• Prepare insightful reports using Excel and Power BI.
