You will become proficient with the company’s products and systems, providing practical support to customers from first inquiry through to sale completion, while maintaining accurate data across internal platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal sales within construction or building products.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Proficiency across multiple computer systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations and assist customers with product inquiries.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up outstanding quotes and opportunities.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, warehouse and delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate information across internal systems.
