Job summary

Salexo Consulting is seeking an experienced Internal Sales all-rounder in Sydney to build strong customer relationships, manage enquiries, quotes and orders, and provide practical product support across multiple systems. You will ensure timely service from enquiry through to sale completion, with a proactive, problem-solving approach and attention to detail.

The role requires confident communication with customers and coordination with internal teams to deliver professional service and grow

Qualifications

• Strong customer relationships and service mindset
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
• Understanding of construction products and industry

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
• Prepare quotations and assist customers with product enquiries
• Process orders accurately and efficiently
• Follow up outstanding quotes and opportunities
• Coordinate with sales, operations, warehouse and delivery teams
• Enter and maintain accurate information across internal systems
• Identify opportunities to support and grow existing customer accounts
• Assist the wider sales team with day-to-day requirements
• Ensure customers receive a professional and responsive service
• Take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution
