Job summary

Bunzl Australasia is seeking a proactive Sales Support/Project Coordinator to assist the sales team, coordinate customer projects, and manage orders across multiple sites in Australia. You will liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and accurate documentation.

The role requires strong organisational skills, experience in sales support or project coordination, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating customer orders, projects or sales opportunities.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with quotes, product options and new and existing business opportunities.
• Coordinate customer projects from initial review through to completion and delivery.
• Process and track customer orders, supplier orders, pricing arrangements and delivery requirements.
• Maintain project plans, registers, timelines, milestones and relevant documentation.
• Liaise directly with customers and suppliers to provide updates and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with purchasing, finance, operations, carriers and sales teams to keep projects moving.
• Monitor supplier updates, backorders and delivery requirements and communicate changes quickly.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing, delivery efficiency and project margins.
• Provide practical technical and coordination support to Business Development Managers and their customers.
