CBCity in NSW is recruiting for four full-time Library Officers across Bankstown, Panania, Chester Hill libraries. You will deliver excellent customer service and support library programs to the community.

Applicants should have ALIA eligibility or relevant library experience, a Working with Children Check, strong communication skills and digital literacy. The role offers permanent full-time LG conditions with career development opportunities.

Formación

• Eligibility for membership of Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA) or relevant industry experience.
• A valid Working with Children Check.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customer service in a culturally diverse environment.
• Demonstrated computer literacy, including digital technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and work with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high quality customer-focused and professional service in a welcoming library environment.
• Assist and deliver library programs and promote services to the community.
• Contribute to development and implementation of the team’s business plans.
• Support the team to meet daily operational requirements and service delivery.
• Adapt to changing priorities and assist with a range of duties to support library operation.
