Job summary

CBCity is seeking a motivated individual to develop, deliver, and promote programs and events for the community. The role focuses on engaging initiatives that bring people together across Bankstown Library and other council libraries.

You will coordinate volunteers, work with partners, and promote activities while ensuring high-quality customer service and strong communication. A permanent full-time position with Local Government conditions awaits the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering community programs or events.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to build partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience using MS Office and basic database management.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative, community-focused programs and events.
• Coordinate and deliver programs across Bankstown Library and Council branch libraries.
• Build and maintain partnerships with Council departments, community organisations, businesses and agencies.
• Promote programs through websites, publications and other channels with Corporate Communications.
• Monitor, evaluate and report on program outcomes and marketing effectiveness.
