Job summary

Swinburne University of Technology is seeking a Library Rover to provide frontline customer service to students and staff, maintain welcoming library spaces, and support library infrastructure and systems.

You will work collaboratively with teams across the Student Success Hub, Student HQ, TechBar, Information Technology and Facilities to ensure a high-quality experience and address enquiries and technical issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-quality administrative and customer-focused services.
• Knowledge of common applications and mobile device operating systems.
• Knowledge of internet tools including WiFi.

Responsibilities

• Support library users and frontline service across channels.
• Maintain welcoming spaces and assist with equipment.
• Collaborate with Student Success Hub, TechBar and IT teams to deliver service.
