Job summary

All IT Services is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to join our on-site team near Brookvale. The role involves advanced on-site IT support, troubleshooting, and installations for mid-to-large clients across Australia’s Eastern seaboard. You will work closely with our Head of Service and mentor Level 1 engineers.

We value problem solvers who can manage projects and coordinate with vendors. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel locally are required for this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Level 2 MSP role or similar.
• On-site IT support experience with project work.
• Strong Microsoft 365 & Azure experience.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Advanced diagnosis of end-user hardware, software, and network devices.
• Experience with structured cabling and tidy cable management.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated issues from Level 1/2 engineers on-site.
• Provide advanced on-site troubleshooting and installation.
• Delight clients with a friendly, quick, and helpful experience.
• Report to Head of Service and follow SOPs.
• Identify improvement opportunities and participate in IT projects.
• Train and support Level 1 engineers in the team.
