Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Field Engineer to install, diagnose, and service IT hardware including desktops, printers, and peripherals at client sites across Seymour and surrounding areas.

You will provide on-site and remote Level 2/3 support, manage incidents and service requests, ensure high customer satisfaction, and work with Service Partners to maintain End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment. NV1 clearance is required.

• Proven ability to install, diagnose and service IT hardware at client sites.
• Experience providing on-site and remote IT support.
• Ability to manage incidents and service requests efficiently.
• NV1 clearance is required.
