Job summary

Possability Group is seeking a proactive Leasing Coordinator in East Melbourne to manage a diverse residential portfolio and coordinate end-to-end leasing. You will work with operations leaders, agents and internal teams to ensure safe, suitable and well-managed housing across our property portfolio.

Key responsibilities include leasing, applications and approvals, stakeholder communications, budgeting and compliance, while maintaining records and systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Property Management, Real Estate, Asset Management, or a similar field.
• Exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Current unrestricted driver’s licence.
• Proactive mindset and solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of residential leasing, including new leases and renewals.
• Manage applications, approvals, lease documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Liaise with agents, property managers, finance teams and leaders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and compliance across the portfolio.
• Handle leasing invoices and accounts payable/receivable processes.
• Maintain accurate property records and up-to-date systems.
• Build trusted internal relationships and add value through property solutions.

Are you an organised and proactive property professional who thrives on building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and making things happen?

We're seeking a motivated Leasing Coordinator to join our Property Team based in East Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing a diverse residential property portfolio, ensuring our teams and the people we support have access to safe, suitable, and well-managed accommodation.

Working closely with operational leaders, property managers, real estate agents, and internal stakeholders, you'll coordinate the end-to-end leasing process while helping deliver positive outcomes across our housing portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Leasing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

• Coordinating all aspects of residential leasing, including new leases, renewals, and property disposals.
• Managing applications, approvals, lease documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Liaising with real estate agents, property managers, finance teams, and operational leaders.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance activities across the property portfolio.
• Managing leasing-related invoices, accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Maintaining accurate property records and ensuring systems are kept up to date.
• Building trusted relationships with internal teams and identifying opportunities to add value through property solutions.

About You

You’ll bring:

• Previous experience in Property Management, Real Estate, Asset Management, or a similar field, ideally within residential housing.
• Exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• A current unrestricted driver’s licence.
• A proactive mindset and a solutions‑focused approach.
