Possability Group in East Melbourne is seeking a proactive Leasing Coordinator to join our Property Team. You will manage the end-to-end residential leasing process across a diverse portfolio, ensuring leases, renewals, and disposals are handled efficiently while supporting stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate all aspects of residential leasing: new leases, renewals, disposals.
• Manage applications, approvals, lease documents, and stakeholder communications.
• Liaise with agents, property managers, finance and operations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting and compliance across the portfolio.
• Process leasing invoices and accounts payable/receivable.
• Maintain accurate property records and up-to-date systems.
• Build trusted internal relationships and identify value-adding property solutions.

Are you an organised and proactive property professional who thrives on building relationships, managing multiple priorities, and making things happen?

We're seeking a motivated Leasing Coordinator to join our Property Team based in East Melbourne. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in managing a diverse residential property portfolio, ensuring our teams and the people we support have access to safe, suitable, and well-managed accommodation.

Working closely with operational leaders, property managers, real estate agents, and internal stakeholders, you'll coordinate the end-to-end leasing process while helping deliver positive outcomes across our housing portfolio.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Leasing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

• Coordinating all aspects of residential leasing, including new leases, renewals, and property disposals.
• Managing applications, approvals, lease documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Liaising with real estate agents, property managers, finance teams, and operational leaders.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance activities across the property portfolio.
• Managing leasing-related invoices, accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Maintaining accurate property records and ensuring systems are kept up to date.
• Building trusted relationships with internal teams and identifying opportunities to add value through property solutions.

About You

You’ll bring:

• Previous experience in Property Management, Real Estate, Asset Management, or a similar field, ideally within residential housing.
• Exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence managing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• A current unrestricted driver's licence.
• A proactive mindset and a solutions-focused approach.
