Job summary

Lifestyle Solutions in Melbourne’s East, full-time Facilities Coordinator role, coordinates maintenance across residential and commercial properties, manages contractor activities and service requests while ensuring safety and functionality.

You will liaise with contractors, landlords, and internal teams, support procurement, ensure compliance, and keep accurate records in property management systems; a driver’s licence and strong organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across residential and commercial properties.
• Manage service requests relating to repairs, cleaning, gardening, facility setups, and property make-goods.
• Liaise with contractors, landlords, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
• Support the procurement and management of service providers across the property portfolio.
• Ensure contractor compliance, including licences, insurances, certifications, and other requirements.
• Assist with maintenance planning, budgeting, reporting, and financial reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records and property information through property management systems.
• Building strong working relationships with operational teams to ensure facilities support service delivery outcomes.

We're looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Facilities Coordinator to join our growing Property team in East Melbourne. In this pivotal role, you'll coordinate maintenance, repairs, property services, and contractor activities across a diverse residential and commercial property portfolio, ensuring our properties remain safe, functional, and fit for purpose.

What You'll Be Doing
