Triple Zero Victoria in Melbourne is seeking a senior leader to drive learning quality, evaluation and continuous improvement across TZV. You will establish QA processes, oversee RTO compliance and audit readiness, and provide specialist guidance on learning design and assessment quality.

You will work with learning owners and stakeholders to analyse data, identify trends and drive improvements, with hybrid working options and a competitive salary package based in Burwood East.

Competenze

• TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (or equivalent) or willingness to obtain the qualification according to responsibilities.
• Proven experience in learning quality assurance, evaluation or governance.
• Strong knowledge of RTO compliance, audit readiness and regulatory assurance.
• Experience interpreting data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Mansioni

• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of TZV’s Learning Evaluation Framework across the organisation.
• Establish learning quality assurance processes using evaluation findings, feedback, audit outcomes and data.
• Lead TZV’s RTO quality and compliance activities including audit readiness and regulatory reporting.
• Provide specialist advice on learning design, delivery and assessment quality with stakeholders.
• Coordinate learning quality reporting and analyse data to identify risks and improvements.

Formazione

TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (or equivalent) or willingness to obtain an appropriate qualification relevant to the responsibilities of the role.
