Job summary

NSW Sheriff's Office in Parramatta is seeking a Learning and Development Compliance Officer to drive the design, governance and assessment of organisational learning programs.

You will ensure RTO standards, VET Quality Framework alignment, and ASQA compliance, manage documentation and reporting, and support external audits. The role offers hybrid arrangements and ongoing full-time employment with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance management within an RTO or similar environment.
• Knowledge of the VET sector and ASQA standards.
• Certification in RTO compliance or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the NSW Sheriff Academy meets RTO standards and relevant legislation.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and report on compliance performance.
• Maintain accurate compliance documentation and student records.
