Job summary

Triple Zero Victoria in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Advisor, Quality and RTO Compliance to oversee learning quality, assessment standards, and regulatory governance for TZV’s RTO. The role includes audit readiness, continuous improvement, and reporting across TZV.

Based in Burwood East with hybrid options, the position supports leaders in recruitment, wellbeing, and performance processes, driving learning initiatives and targeted development plans across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in learning quality assurance and evaluation.
• Experience with RTO compliance, vocational education and training governance.
• Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies to learning or organisational performance.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, audit preparation and QA processes.
• Experience interpreting data to identify trends and risks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver TZV's people strategy in alignment with business goals.
• Build stakeholder relationships and provide high-quality guidance on general matters.
• Provide hands-on support for recruitment, wellbeing, and performance processes.
• Lead portfolio planning and learning initiatives with Workforce Operations.
• Drive employee growth through coaching, appraisals, and development plans.
