Job summary

Triple Zero Victoria is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to partner with SMEs and translate complex operational content into clear, engaging learning for a 24/7 rostered workforce. You will design eLearning and ILT content, run assessments, and manage LMS activities to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

You will work in Learning & Development within People and Culture, reporting to the Manager, Learning & Development, delivering projects on schedule with agile responsiveness and a strong

Qualifications

• Proven learning design experience with adult learning theory applied in practice.
• A tertiary qualification in learning design, education or a related field.
• Experience writing learning objectives, measures of learning and design documents.
• Excellent writing skills enabling clear, instructive content.
• High attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Experience translating technical content into clear learning materials.
• Experience with learning management systems such as Open LMS or Moodle.

Responsibilities

• Consult with SMEs to identify learning needs and content priorities.
• Conduct learning needs analyses and apply the instructional design process from analysis to evaluation.
• Advise on delivery modes and design approaches based on instructional design principles.
• Design and build eLearning and instructor‑led content with storyboards, scenarios and interactive activities.
• Create pre/post learning assessments to measure effectiveness.
• Follow content development and review process from prototype to sign‑off.
• Build and administer courses and training content in Open LMS / Moodle.
• Carry out LMS site administration and learner support.
• Maintain version control and accurate training records.
• Balance workload across multiple projects to meet schedules.
• Foster relationships with SMEs and TZV workforce.
