Job summary

Techtronic Industries (TTI) Melbourne is seeking an experienced Learning & Organisational Development Manager for a 12-month contract. Hybrid work arrangement with Mount Waverley base supports strategic leadership development and hands-on delivery.

The role leads two L&D Specialists and a P&C Coordinator, shaping capability-building programs that align to business goals while coaching leaders through change. You will drive succession planning and leverage AI for scalable learning solutions.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in learning, organisational development or talent and capability.
Strong partnering, facilitation, coaching and change management skills.
Experience using learning management systems and digital platforms.
Ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach two L&D Specialists and one P&C Coordinator.
Deliver organisational development initiatives and coach leaders through change to strengthen leadership and culture.
Own talent reviews and succession planning, building development pathways for leadership and priority talent.
Leverage AI and emerging technologies to create, maintain and deploy learning content and solutions at scale.
Evaluate program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
