Job summary

Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a Learning Support Co-Ordinator to join the Capability & Inclusion team. You will manage the LMS, coordinate training experiences, and help employees access development opportunities across SCC.

This behind-the-scenes role supports onboarding, leadership development and inclusion initiatives to deliver a consistent learning experience across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, HR, organisational development or training coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Team-player mindset and willingness to share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure compliance data is up to date.
• Coordinate training sessions, calendars, venues, resources and external trainers.
• Respond to LMS inquiries and assist employees navigate learning processes.
• Create user guides and learning resources to simplify systems and processes.
• Support onboarding, leadership development and career pathways initiatives.
• Contribute to inclusion initiatives and organisation-wide projects.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve learning experiences.
