Job summary

Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT–Epping NSW is seeking a Learning Support Co-Ordinator to keep learning activities and systems running smoothly. You will administer the LMS, coordinate sessions, and develop resources to help employees access development opportunities.

The role supports onboarding, leadership development, and cross-functional learning initiatives within SCC's Capability & Inclusion team, with two days of remote work per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating learning programs and initiatives.
• Ability to maintain learning systems and records accurately.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to support onboarding and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure accurate learning records.
• Coordinate training sessions, calendars, facilitators, venues, resources and external providers.
• Respond to learning enquiries and troubleshoot routine LMS issues.
• Create user guides and quick reference materials for learning systems.
• Support onboarding, leadership development, and career pathways learning initiatives.
• Contribute to inclusion activities and reconciliation actions.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve learning consistency.

What you’ll be doing

Working closely with our Capability & Inclusion team and stakeholders across SCC, you’ll play an important role in keeping our learning activities, systems and initiatives running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting learning systems: Administer and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring learning records, compliance data and reports are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinating learning experiences: Organise training sessions, calendars, facilitators, venues, resources and external training providers.
• Enabling learning access: Respond to learning enquiries, troubleshoot routine LMS issues and help employees and managers navigate learning processes.
• Creating practical resources: Develop user guides, quick reference materials and learning resources that make systems and processes easy to understand.
• Supporting growth and development: Coordinate administration for onboarding, leadership development, career pathways and other learning initiatives.
• Contributing to meaningful projects: Support organisation-wide initiatives, including inclusion activities and our Reconciliation Action Plan.
• Improving how we work: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, use technology effectively and create a more consistent learning experience across SCC.
