Job summary

CSR is seeking a Capability & Learning Specialist in North Ryde to lead learning initiatives, design eLearning content and manage the LMS. The role focuses on coordinating programs, driving capability development and supporting enterprise-wide change projects.

You will work with HR, business leaders and SMEs to deliver effective learning solutions and communications across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development or related fields.
• Experience with LMS and reporting tools.
• Exposure to eLearning content development using Articulate 360 or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver learning programs and training activities across the business.
• Design, create and maintain engaging eLearning content using platforms such as Articulate Rise.
• Manage day-to-day LMS activities, including enrolments, reporting and compliance tracking.
• Monitor and drive mandatory training completion with key stakeholders.
• Develop learning communications, training resources and learner support materials.
• Deliver and facilitate learning workshops and programs.
• Contribute to change management activities linked to transformation projects.
• Develop change communications and implementation plans.
