Job summary

IAG is seeking a Learning Designer to create high-quality learning experiences for diverse teams across Australia. The role balances day-to-day delivery with new challenges, experimenting with new ideas and improving how we design and deliver learning across IAG.

Based in multiple locations with a preference for Gadigal Country (Sydney), you will design and build digital solutions using Articulate 360 and SharePoint, while leveraging analytics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning Design and Development of digital learning solutions.
• Proficient with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
• Knowledge of learning design methodologies, including needs analysis, instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and SMEs to create engaging learning experiences.
• Competence with LMS, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of learning measurement, evaluation and analytics for continuous improvement.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies applied to learning.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, high-quality learning experiences across topics including insurance, risk, AI and leadership.
• Partner with SMEs and stakeholders to simplify complex information into effective learning solutions.
• Apply learning design principles to improve learning experiences continuously.
• Design and build digital learning solutions using Articulate 360, SharePoint and other learning technologies.
• Manage multiple priorities and deliver learning solutions that meet outcomes.
• Explore and apply AI and emerging technologies to enhance learning design and delivery.
• Contribute to both BAU initiatives and new projects shaping IAG's learning future.
