• Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions across digital, virtual, and face-to-face formats from needs analysis to delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into engaging learning.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and modern instructional design practices to scale learning.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using data, feedback, and learner insights to improve outcomes.
