Job summary

Peoplebank seeks a Learning Developer / Instructional Designer in Perth to design, develop, and deliver engaging online learning solutions that support governance, compliance, and operational excellence for a global audience.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and instructional design teams to convert complex topics into learner-centric content, storyboards, and interactive modules using Articulate 360.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing online learning solutions for governance/compliance.
• Strong ability to translate complex topics into learner-focused content.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end eLearning solutions from concept to deployment.
• Facilitate workshops with SMEs to translate business requirements into learning content.
• Create storyboards, materials, assessments, and interactive digital learning experiences.
• Develop courses using Articulate 360 (Storyline and/or Rise) and publish SCORM packages for LMS deployment.
• Manage review cycles, stakeholder feedback, approvals, and final publication.
• Ensure content aligns with instructional design best practices and adult learning principles.
• Support localisation and translation for global deployment.
