IAG is seeking a Learning Designer to create high-quality learning experiences for diverse teams across Australia. The role balances day-to-day delivery with new challenges, experimenting with new ideas and improving how we design and deliver learning across IAG.

Based in multiple locations with a preference for Gadigal Country (Sydney), you will design and build digital solutions using Articulate 360 and SharePoint, while leveraging analytics to measure impact and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning Design and Development of digital learning solutions.
• Proficient with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
• Knowledge of learning design methodologies, including needs analysis, instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Ability to partner with stakeholders and SMEs to create engaging learning experiences.
• Competence with LMS, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of learning measurement, evaluation and analytics for continuous improvement.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies applied to learning.

This role offers the opportunity to balance day-to-day delivery with new challenges, experiment with new ideas and continuously improve the way we design and deliver learning across IAG.

This is a fixed-term full-time role based in multiple locations across Australia with a preference for Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney).

What You'll Do

• Design and develop engaging, high-quality learning experiences that meet business and learner needs across topics including insurance, risk, AI and leadership.
• Partner with subject matter experts, stakeholders and colleagues to transform complex information into simple, engaging and effective learning solutions.
• Apply learning expertise, creativity and human-centred design principles to challenge the status quo and continuously improve learning experiences.
• Design and build digital learning solutions using Articulate 360, SharePoint and other relevant learning technologies.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality and delivering learning solutions that achieve intended outcomes.
• Explore and apply AI and emerging technologies to enhance the way learning is designed, developed and delivered.
• Contribute to both business-as-usual initiatives and new projects, helping shape the future of learning across IAG.

What You'll Bring

• A background in Learning Design, Instructional Design or Learning Experience Design, ideally within a complex organisation.
• Demonstrated success designing and developing digital learning solutions using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
• Sound knowledge of learning design methodologies, including learning needs analysis, instructional design and adult learning principles.
• The ability to partner effectively with stakeholders and subject matter experts to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.
• Confidence working with learning technologies, including learning management systems (LMS), Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of learning measurement, evaluation and analytics, using insights to support continuous improvement.
• An interest in AI and emerging technologies, and how they can be applied to learning and capability development.
