Job summary

UNDERWRITING AGENCIES OF AUSTRALIA PTY LTD is seeking a Learning Instructional Designer on a 12-month contract. You will design and develop engaging learning content and solutions to support capability development across UAA Group, working with the Organisational Development Manager and SMEs.

This role covers onboarding, compliance training, leadership development, organisational change, technology uplift and role-based capability programs, plus assisting LMS administration to ensure delivery is

Qualifications

Experience in instructional design, learning and development or capability development.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Ability to cut through complexity and create engaging learning content.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders and SMEs to identify learning needs and create solutions.
Design and develop engaging content, including eLearning, video, workshops and supporting resources.
Support onboarding, compliance, leadership and capability development initiatives.
Develop learning solutions that support organisational change and business improvement.
Coordinate learning programs and LMS administration.
Evaluate and continuously improve learning content and learner outcomes.
