Job summary

Underwriting Agencies of Australia Pty in Newcastle West NSW is seeking a Learning Instructional Designer to join our People & Culture team. You will design and develop engaging learning content and solutions that support capability development across UAA Group.

This role will contribute to onboarding, compliance training, leadership development, organisational change and role-based capability programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design, learning and development or capability development.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience creating workshops, eLearning modules and learning resources.
• Excellent written communication and content development skills.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing engaging learning content, including eLearning, video, workshops and supporting resources.
• Coordinating learning programs, training activities and LMS administration.
• Evaluating and continuously improving learning content, resources and learner outcomes.
• Supporting onboarding, compliance, leadership and capability development initiatives.
