Optus is seeking an experienced Learning Designer to create learner-centred experiences that build capability across the business. You will partner with stakeholders and SMEs, translate complex needs into practical learning solutions, and leverage AI-enabled tools to scale impact.

Leverage learning technologies, AI-enabled tools, and modern instructional design practices to create scalable learning solutions.
Evaluate learning effectiveness through data, analytics, stakeholder feedback, and learner insights to optimise programs.
