Job summary

CBH Group is seeking a Specialist – Learning Design & Development to partner with the Culture & Capability team and subject matter experts. You will identify learning needs and design practical learning interventions that align with CBH standards.

You will facilitate workshops and online courses, employing SuccessFactors and Articulate to deliver engaging content, while using data to improve learner outcomes and impact.

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Organisational Development or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, with practical knowledge of adult learning principles and learning governance.
• Experience in learning and development including needs analysis, design, facilitation and evaluation.
• Confidence using learning systems and authoring tools (SuccessFactors, Articulate) to create engaging content.
• Collaborative approach with strong written communication to translate complex information into practical resources.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand learning needs, capability gaps and priorities.
• Design and develop clear, inclusive online learning programs and resources.
• Provide learning design advice for projects, ensuring governance and quality standards.
• Facilitate workshops, online courses and training experiences.
• Use data to review effectiveness and improve learner experience and impact.
