Job summary

Slater and Gordon Lawyers is seeking an Organisational Development and Learning Design Specialist to design engaging learning experiences, manage learning platforms like Cornerstone and Culture Amp, and leverage data to support culture and performance initiatives.

You will apply Articulate 360, build eLearning resources, deliver reporting, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement; Australian citizen or resident with full working rights is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
• Experience administering Learning Management Systems and employee engagement platforms such as Culture Amp.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Exceptional PowerPoint, communication and content creation skills.
• A passion for learning, employee experience and continuous improvement.
• Experience using AI-enabled learning tools such as Synthesia will be highly regarded.
• Must have full working rights in Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Organisational Effectiveness & Capability team as an Organisational Development & Learning Design Specialist. You will play a key role in designing engaging learning experiences, leveraging people data and insights, and supporting culture and performance initiatives across the business.
