Job summary

CBH Group is seeking a Specialist – Learning Design & Development to partner with our Culture & Capability team. You will identify learning needs, design and develop online content, and review learning outcomes to support CBH learning standards.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to deliver practical, inclusive learning that improves capability across WA and our operations. Experience with SuccessFactors and Articulate is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing learning programs and resources.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and training sessions.
• Knowledge of learning governance and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand learning needs and priorities.
• Design and develop clear, inclusive online learning programs and resources.
• Provide learning design guidance for business and technology projects.
• Facilitate workshops and training experiences for learners.
• Use data and feedback to review effectiveness and drive improvements.
